Privacy notice

Last updated 12 October 2026

DocBook is a simple directory and referral website. It does not contain application forms and does not intentionally collect names, contact details, medical information, form answers or financial information through website analytics.

Who operates DocBook

DocBook is operated by NMT Enterprises Pty Ltd. Privacy questions can be sent to thredex1@gmail.com.

What we measure

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It may collect:

Google Analytics uses a first-party cookie containing a pseudonymous client identifier to distinguish users and sessions. IP addresses are used by Google at collection time to derive approximate location and are discarded before Analytics logs the data.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is also enabled by our hosting provider. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free, privacy-first analytics that does not collect or use visitors’ personal data or track individual visitors across customers’ websites.

Why we use analytics

We use aggregated reporting to understand visits, traffic sources, site performance and which DocBook placements generate referrals to IVFPay. We do not use this setup for advertising, remarketing, session replay or recording form contents.

IVFPay links

Links to IVFPay include referral parameters identifying DocBook and the placement clicked. These parameters do not contain a visitor’s name or contact details. After a visitor follows a link, IVFPay is a separate website with its own privacy practices. A link click does not prove that the visitor arrived successfully or submitted an enquiry.

Service providers and overseas processing

Analytics information is processed for us by Google and Cloudflare using their global infrastructure and may be processed outside Australia. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and choices

Analytics information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for reporting, subject to our account settings and the providers’ retention practices. Visitors can limit Google Analytics by blocking or deleting cookies, using browser privacy controls, or installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These choices may cause visits or referrals not to appear in our reports.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice if the site or its analytics setup changes. The latest version will be published on this page.
